No. All parsing and conversion happens in your browser. We never see your places. Nothing is ever uploaded to our servers.

Yes. You can upload the full takeout-*.zip directly. The tool finds Saved Places.json inside it automatically.

CSV (Apple Maps deep links), GPX, KML, and HTML. All formats are free to download from the same parsed data.

Places flagged in orange have no coordinates — they'll be included in CSV and HTML but won't appear in GPX or KML. This sometimes happens with very recently saved places.
