How it works

1.On the Strava website, open Settings and request your account data or bulk export.
2.Download the ZIP that includes `activities.csv` and the original activity files.
3.Upload that ZIP here. The archive is read locally in this browser tab.
4.Download the reorganized ZIP with year/type folders plus a CSV report of matched and unmatched activities.

What this beta checks

Whether `activities.csv` rows map cleanly to exported activity files.
Whether compressed `.fit.gz`, `.gpx.gz`, or `.tcx.gz` files are preserved and counted correctly.
Which rows or files need manual review before reusing the archive elsewhere.

FAQ

No. This beta only reads the ZIP you exported yourself from Strava's website. There is no API connection and no account login.

Not yet. This version preserves Strava's original `.fit`, `.fit.gz`, `.gpx`, `.gpx.gz`, `.tcx`, and `.tcx.gz` files as exported and reorganizes them into a cleaner archive.

The CSV report lists every activity row from `activities.csv`, whether it matched a file, the original file reference, the new output path, and any issue notes.

No. Files that do not map cleanly to an activity row are kept in an `unmatched-files/` folder so you can inspect them manually.

No. ZIP reading, matching, report generation, and the final download all happen in your browser. Nothing from the export is sent to Missing Features.
