The common per-day JSON metrics such as steps, calories, distance, and heart rate. Additive metrics are summed per day; rate metrics like heart rate are averaged. Each metric becomes its own CSV column.

This version focuses on the day-value metric files. Structured sleep and exercise files use different schemas and are skipped, counted in the coverage report.
