How to import a .ics file into Apple Calendar

On Mac: 1. Download your .ics file from the Missing Features birthday tool. 2. Double-click the file in Finder — Apple Calendar will open and ask which calendar to add the events to. 3. Click "Add" and all birthday events will be imported as yearly recurring events. On iPhone or iPad: 1. Download the .ics file in Safari (tap the download link and choose "Download"). 2. Open the Files app and find the downloaded .ics file. 3. Tap the file — a prompt will appear asking you to add the events to Calendar. 4. Tap "Add All" to import all birthdays. Tip: you can also AirDrop the file from your Mac to your iPhone to trigger the import.
